Website navigation is done through the menu tabs along the top of the main screen. They include: Home, RFQs, Stock Check, About Us, Solutions, Approved Suppliers, Contacts, Downloads, Privacy, Promotions, and Help.

NOTE: Wesco Web Access System customers will should use the RFQs link. Upon acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, you will directed to the Wesco Web Access System site.

Once you are signed in, you will see a Welcome [Customer Name] and a LOGOFF link in the upper right hand corner of the screen. If applicable, you will also see a Partner tab.

BROWSER RECOMMENDATIONS

Wesco Aircraft Hardware recommends:

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x or higher as the Internet browser for use with the Wesco Aircraft website. You can get the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer here. Contact your company’s IT department for installation and configuration support.

We also recommended the following Internet Explorer Settings:

In Microsoft Internet Explorer, go to the TOOLS menu and select INTERNET OPTIONS.
In the Internet Options screen on the GENERAL tab, click on the SETTINGS button
In the Settings screen, select EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE and click OK
Depending on your company’s Internet access policies, you may need to adjust the security settings for your web zones. You can do this by selecting the SECURITY tab. Set the INTERNET ZONE to MEDIUM.
If you are still having difficulty with accessing the site, you may also need to add Wesco Web Quote System site to your TRUSTED SITES ZONE.
Select the TRUSTED SITES ZONE and click on the SITES button. ADD http://www.wescoair.com as well as http://ebiz.wescoair.com to this zone. Click OK to continue.
The Wesco Web Quote System also uses COOKIES for the purpose of tracking usage and transmittal of sensitive data. You will need to enable this in the PRIVACY tab. Click on the ADVANCED button. In the Advanced Privacy Settings screen, it is recommended that you do the following and then click OK to continue:

Check OVERRIDE AUTOMATIC COOKIE HANDLING

Select ACCEPT FIRST PARTY COOKIES

Select THIRD-PARTY COOKIES

Check ALWAYS ALLOW SESSION COOKIES

NOTE: Wesco Aircraft Hardware also recommends REMOVING or DISABLING any POP-UP blockers when accessing the Wesco Web Quote System. Contact your company’s IT department for configuration support.

Wesco Aircraft | Web Access System Release 2.0

This documentation recommends the following:

High speed access to the Internet
Microsoft Internet Explorer browser v6.0 or higher
Disable any pop-up blocker you may have activated on your browser
A screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels, 256 colors or higher
A valid authorized Wesco Web Access System User ID and Password - You can qualify for a login by contacting your Account Representative.

Quick Stock Check 2.5
Enter a PART NUMBER that you would like to check for availability and click FIND.

This web application will return the Wesco Part Number, Your Part Number, Item Description, Unit of Measure and the Status of the part you requested. (NOTE: Release 2.5 now allows you to lookup up to 5 part numbers at a time.)
